How to Download Your Certificate
Introduction
Many conferences, workshops, training programs, and academic events now issue digital certificates through online portals. FrameMaker provides a secure and easy system that allows participants to verify their identity and download their certificates instantly.
If you recently attended an event that uses the FrameMaker platform, you can retrieve your certificate in just a few simple steps.
Step 1 — Open the Certificate Portal
Visit the official certificate portal and navigate to the Download Certificate page.

Step 2 — Enter Your Registered Email
Enter the email address that you used when registering for the event.
The system will send a one-time password (OTP) to your email to verify your identity.
Step 3 — Verify the OTP
Check your email inbox for the OTP and enter it into the verification field.
This verification step ensures that certificates are accessed only by the correct participant.
Step 4 — Select Your Event
After successful verification, you will see a dropdown list containing all events associated with your email address.
Select the event for which you want to download the certificate.
Step 5 — View and Download the Certificate
Once the event is selected, the certificate will appear on the screen.
You can then:
- Download the certificate as a PDF
- Print the certificate directly
- Save the certificate for your records
Troubleshooting
If you cannot download your certificate, check the following:
- Make sure you are using the correct email address
- Check your spam folder for the OTP email
- Confirm that the event organizer has uploaded certificates
